01Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and are shown before shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing or specification errors and will contact you before charging if a correction affects your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy; your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order, in which case you are refunded in full.

02Building and shipping

Every machine is built to order, hand-assembled, and put through a mandatory 48-hour burn-in. Most orders ship within 5–7 business days with free insured shipping and tracking.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. Shipments are fully insured — if a package arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will handle the carrier claim.

04Limitation of liability

Our products are provided with the warranty described on our Warranty page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.
