Build & burn-in
Your PC is assembled, cable-managed, and stress-tested for 24–48 hours before it is cleared to ship. Most orders leave the bench in 3–5 business days.
Double-boxed & insured
The GPU is supported in transit, foam-suspended inside an inner box, then packed in an outer carton. Every shipment is fully insured at no cost to you.
Tracked to your door
You get a tracking number the moment the label is created. Ground delivery inside the continental US typically lands 2–5 business days after dispatch.
30-day returns
Not the right machine? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. The system must be in its original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Contact us first and we will issue a prepaid, insured return label.
Arrived damaged?
Every shipment is insured. If your PC arrives with transit damage, photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours — we will make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund at no cost to you.
