Yes. Every build uses standard SFF-compatible components, so GPUs, storage, and memory are user-upgradable. Our support team will walk you through clearances and compatible parts for your specific configuration.
Two years of parts and labor through us directly. If anything fails, you deal with one team — not the GPU vendor, the PSU vendor, and the memory vendor separately. DOA units are replaced immediately.
Every unit is hand-assembled, cable-managed, and put through a 48-hour stress and thermal soak. We tune fan curves per system, stage a fresh OS and drivers, then photograph and serial-log it before it is boxed.
Shipments are fully insured and packed in custom-fit foam. In the rare case of transit damage or a dead-on-arrival component, we cross-ship a replacement right away and handle the carrier claim ourselves.
